"How Did She Do That?"

Robynn Ragland Tops The Favorable Artists List With Amazon.com
[Ragland's "Modern American Female Gut" remains the #1 Album in Missouri, St. Louis, MO, St. Charles, MO and Belleville, IL]

ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI: "Modern American Female Gut" by: Robynn Ragland, Amazon.com
AMAZON COM (NasdaqNM:AMZN).  Record sales soar out of control as Robynn Ragland
continues to maintain her #1 spot as the most popular album ordered from Amazon [AMZN]
Z-Shops, in St. Louis, Missouri and St. Charles, Missouri, now for over three months running...

How did she do it?  Beyond Internet MP3's (Nasdaq [MPPP]) downloading craze
spotlight by the media, Robynn took a more traditional approach.  Without the
backing of a strong record label she took marketing into her own hands.

Robynn's Formula:  Ragland first studied some Internet strategy and guerilla
marketing, then took the big leap setting up and managing her own website,
www.RobynnRagland.com.  "The internet is a powerful promotion tool with the right price,"
said Ragland.  When Ragland started selling her album online through the Amazon Z-Shop"
the album was a hit -- the combination took off and put Robynn in the spotlight.

About the Artist:
Robynn Ragland is from St. Louis, MO where her hit single "People You Know,"
has broken away as a solid radio favorite. She played with the Lilith Fair tour in
1998, and more recently her song "Peace In the Water" appeared on the WB's hit
series Dawson's Creek TIME WARNER (NYSE:TWX), and her songs "Shallow" and
"People You Know" appeared on the Fox Network's "Fame L.A." series
FOX ENTERTAIMENT GROUP (NYSE:FOX). "Modern American Female Gut"
is her debut album. Two of the album tracks have recently been chosen to appear in the upcoming
New Line Cinema's feature film, "Wish You Were Dead." You'll be hearing a lot more about
this artist - so stay tuned!
